LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Nevada Gaming Control Board says Steve Wynn has brought “discredit” upon the state and its gaming industry, according to a complaint filed in court on Monday.
The complaint goes on to say that Wynn is “unsuitable to be associated with a gaming enterprise or the gaming industry as a whole.”
The document cites
accusations of sexual misconduct
by dozens of employees as reported by the
Wall Street Journal.
Wynn has previously denied the allegations.
