NCAA.com released its preseason college football Top 25 this week, a list of rankings that feature a few noticeable differences at the top than most we’ve seen this summer. The USA Today Coaches Poll and Associated Press preseason Top 25 are coming over the next few weeks when teams begin fall practice and final depth charts are determined.
