Sam Wood reveals his clever ‘hack’ for remembering all 21 women on The Bachelor – as he shares a never-before-seen ‘cheat sheet’ supplied by producers

He became a household name in 2015 after starring as The Bachelor.

And five years after giving wife Snezana Markoski his final rose, Sam Wood has shared a hilarious keepsake from his time on the show.

The 39-year-old personal trainer shared a photo to Instagram on Thursday of the handy ‘cheat sheet’ that helped him remember the names of the 21 women vying for his heart.

‘Having a big clean up and found this gem,’ he captioned the snap. ‘It was always you Snez and it always will be.’

The cheat sheet was presumably given to Sam by one of the producers, and it’s likely he studied it closely in-between takes.

While some of Sam’s followers enjoyed the romantic gesture, others felt it was ‘unnecessary’ for him to compliment Snezana while dismissing the other women.

‘Not sure this sits well with me. I love you guys and I love that you chose Snez. I love that you’ve found love and family but… the others?’ one fan wrote.

They added that sharing the other women’s photos alongside a caption about Snezana made them look like ‘losers’ in a competition.

‘I know your intention is to honour the incredible woman you got to choose and love, but this sits a little uneasy with me,’ they added.

Meanwhile, another follower simply commented: ‘That’s creepy.’

Sam’s cheat sheet also caught the attention of ex-Bachelorette Georgia Love, who had to learn the names of her suitors the old fashioned way.

She wrote: ‘Oh my god, is this a cheat sheet?! I never got one of those!’

Earlier this month Sam told New Idea that he and Snezana were ‘meant to be’ and that ‘meeting [her] was weirdly fate’.

‘We’re so well-suited, and when we met, we desperately wanted to grow a family. We balance each other, and now our life is all about our girls, and that brings us closer together still.’ he added.

The Woods share two children together, Willow, two, and Charlie, six months. Snezana also has a 14-year-old daughter, Eve, from a previous relationship.

The couple tied the knot in Byron Bay in December 2018, and recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary.
