The Best Gaming Deals on Prime Day 2018 (So Far) – Tom's Guide

It’s been a stellar year for console deals, and it’s about to get better.

In the past few weeks we’ve seen the Xbox One X sell for $367.99, the Nintendo Switch for $239.99, and an Xbox One S 2-game bundle retail for $161.49. PS4 Pro deals have been much harder to come by, but we’ve seen the console paired with two games sold for list price.

Ironically, none of those deals have come courtesy of Amazon, but instead have from from the likes of Newegg via eBay and Rakuten.

We don’t expect Amazon to suddenly match or undercut these prices on Prime Day, but even if it doesn’t, it’s likely another retailer will.

For instance, through July 17 you can get the Nintendo Switch from Target’s Google Express storefront for $224.99 via coupon code “EXTRA25”. That’s the best Switch deal we’ve ever seen. (Availability may vary based on zip code).
